Personal data processed
Only the data you submit through the site's forms is processed:
- Identity data: first and last name.
- Contact data: email address, phone number and delivery address where given.
- Transaction data: the content of your order or quote request and the message you write.
Purposes
Your data is processed to answer your request, confirm prices and orders, prepare and ship orders, prepare wholesale quotes and meet our legal obligations. We do not send marketing messages without your explicit consent.
Legal basis
Processing relies on Article 5/2-c of the KVKK (directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract), Article 5/2-ç (compliance with a legal obligation) and Article 5/2-f (legitimate interest).
Transfers
Because the site is hosted on Netlify, form submissions are stored on servers outside Türkiye and delivered to us through our email provider. For shipments, delivery details are passed to the carrier, and data may be shared with public authorities where legally required. No other sharing takes place.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and the recipients, have inaccurate data corrected, request erasure where the conditions are met, ask that such actions be notified to recipients, object to adverse results of purely automated analysis, and claim compensation for damages.
