In short

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no analytics software. We only receive information you type into a form yourself.

Data we collect

When one of the three forms on this site is submitted, we receive:

• Contact form: your name, email address and message.
• Order form: your name, email address, phone and delivery details if given, and the items in your cart.
• Wholesale quote form: name, business name, email, phone and the coffees you are interested in.

If you do not submit a form, no personal data reaches us.

Cookies and browser storage

The site sets no cookies. Your cart is kept in your own browser's localStorage; it is never sent to us and disappears when you clear your browser data.

Where data is stored

The site is hosted on Netlify. Form submissions are stored on Netlify's servers outside Türkiye and forwarded to us by email, so submitting a form involves an international transfer of your data.

Our hosting provider may keep technical access logs (IP address, browser information); we do not use these for marketing.

Retention and sharing

We keep form records for as long as needed to answer your request and to meet legal retention obligations. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising or profiling. When a parcel is shipped, only the details required for delivery are passed to the carrier.
